Collaborative Conveyancing Shortlisted for Two Modern Law Conveyancing Awards

Best Use of Technology and Innovation of the Year, at the 10th anniversary LEAP Modern Law Conveyancing Awards.

We're delighted to confirm that Collaborative Conveyancing has been shortlisted in two categories at the LEAP Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2026: Best Use of Technology, and Innovation of the Year.

Now in its 10th year, the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards recognises the firms, teams and technology shaping the future of the conveyancing profession. This year's shortlist was drawn from a record volume of entries, which makes being named in two categories a genuine team effort, not a single project.

What the judges recognised

Best Use of Technology looks at how a firm actually puts technology to work day to day, not just whether it's been adopted. Over the past year we've brought together how we gather property data, read and structure documents, flag risk, and keep clients and third parties updated, into one connected approach rather than a set of separate tools bolted side by side.

Innovation of the Year is less about any single feature and more about the shape of the whole approach behind it: our five pillars of Get, Analyse, Predict, Communicate and Manage, built around why conveyancing transactions actually fail and why conveyancers are leaving the profession, rather than added on top of an existing process.

The night itself

The awards ceremony takes place on Thursday 19th November 2026 at The Rum Warehouse, Liverpool, marking ten years of one of the UK conveyancing sector's most established award programmes. We'll be there to celebrate with the rest of the shortlist, and we'll share how the evening goes.

Congratulations to the whole team
This recognition belongs to everyone who's helped build, test and refine our approach to conveyancing technology this year.
