On Tuesday 8th April, Ian Quayle from IQ Legal Training ran a training session for residential conveyancers of all levels and experience, exploring the following:
- The requirements of the Conveyancing Protocol for both sellers and buyers.
- Advising the seller on the guidance contained in the TA 6,TA 7 and TA 10 forms.
- The application of the Misrepresentation Act 1967 and Section 2 of the Fraud Act 2006.
- Advising the seller as to the potential for liability in connection with the 1967 and 2006 Acts.
- The appropriate provision of guidance and advice for the seller client.
