In August, we held the third user group for our Enquiry Manager product. The group provides a platform for users to offer valuable feedback, helping to shape the future of the product.
During the session, the Product team introduced several new features aimed at enhancing user experience and improving overall efficiency. Attendees also participated in discussions around best practices, sharing insights on how to maximise the tool’s potential in handling additional enquiries.
